We are experts on Royal Copenhagen, Bing & Grondahl, A. Michelsen and Georg Jensen so please only ask us questions in those brands. We do sell other brands, but we are not experts on those areas so we will more than likely not be able to help in those areas.

Before you send us an e-mail:

 

  • OUR SERVICE IS ONLY FREE TO PRIVATE PARTIES. SO IF YOU ARE A DEALER OF ANY SORT, WE WILL CHARGE OUR REGULAR FEE FOR THIS SERVICE.

  • Please use time browsing our site for information or prices. If you do not find the piece you have, then you can send us an e-mail. But if you find your piece on our website, then that is the information we have available on the piece and we will not be able to add anything else.

  • We are not experts in Royal Copenhagen, Bing and Grondahl and Dahl Jensen figurines. Here we recommend that you purchase one of the great books that are out there. You can find those books our our site.

  • If the piece you want information about is on our site and you e-mail a request on that piece we might not reply, as we use extensive amounts of time to update our website so you will have current information.

When you send us an e-mail:

  • Include a description of the piece or pieces you would like information about.

  • Include a picture of your piece, as well as the marks on your piece. If pictures are not included, we will more then likely not be able to answer your questions. We get hundreds of e-mails a week, which we answer for free, so we can not use hours on researching the piece. If you want extensive reach on a piece we can do so and we will charge an hourly rate.

Insurance Valuations

  • We charge $30 per insurance valuation request delivered by regular mail.

  • You are welcome to print off pages from our website with prices to submit to your insurance company.

A request for an offer submitted through e-mail or phone will be answered within a week if it includes the information we have requested above. If that information is not included in the e-mail, the e-mail will be deleted. If you do not hear back from us within 7 days, that means we did not receive your e-mail or we have deleted your e-mail. In that case resend your e-mail with the correct information included.
